We welcome anyone new to CrossFit to try us and our facility for 2 free trial sessions! Get familiar with the facility, the faces, and the flow of a workout then into “Ranch101”. Been a member of a CrossFit somewhere else? Skip ahead to Step 3. Extra eager to get started? Skip ahead to “Step 2”
Step 2
Anyone new to CrossFit must go through our Ranch101 program. This program includes:1 consultation to set goals and expectations so both parties start with a common understanding3 1-on-1 sessions that include movement instruction AND procedural/cultural protocols AND a workout.Act as a way to get comfortable with your coach and other members.$150 upfront, but it is credited to the 3rd month of your membership.The Ranch101 classes are held during the 1st and 3rd weeks of each month and take place Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. Each session is 60 minutes long and includes both instruction and a workout.
Step 3
After completing Steps 1 & 2, you will have the full picture of what we are about at Rayzor Ranch CrossFit. At this point, you will be able to take full advantage of the classes and facility we offer. We understand that finding a routine can be tough, so the final part of the process is to meet with your “Ranch101” coach quarterly for a check-in. This will be a short, in-person meeting to discuss the current state of your fitness journey!
