Tucker has an extensive background in both CrossFit, and strength and conditioning in general. He studied anatomy and physiology at both Dallas Baptist University and the University of North Texas. He has 6 years of CrossFit coaching experience with athletes of all levels. ranging from; youth athletes preparing for a sport, to competitive CrossFit athletes, and the average person who just wants to look good and be healthy. Tucker has experience in the competitive world of CrossFit, competing at the South Regional on a team in 2016, then again as an individual at the South Regional in 2018. He has also competed numerous times at competitions such as The Fittest Experience in Austin, Texas and The Granite Games, in St. Cloud, Minnesota. He has a burning passion for helping others and assisting any and everyone who has a goal of bettering themselves.

Ashley received a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Sports Science from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio. She was a collegiate soccer player and has had a passion for sports and fitness her entire life. Ashley started CrossFit in 2014 and immediately fell in love with the community and competitiveness. Ashley decided she wanted to coach because she loved the idea of getting to help people become better, healthier versions of themselves. She received her CF Level 1 in May of 2017 and has been coaching for two years. Aside from CrossFit, Ashley works full time with Airrosti Rehab Centers as a Regional Practice Manager. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her bloodhound Bonnie.
Mandy started CrossFit 7 years ago after having her first daughter. She fell in love with the daily coaching, constant variations of the workouts and the friendships she developed. Mandy almost immediately noticed a positive change in her mental and physical health. Growing up, she was a competitive gymnast and springboard diver. Mandy received her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from Ole Miss. She was a certified personal trainer all throughout college. After graduation, Mandy opened and ran a Cardiac Rehabilitation clinic in Houston before moving to Dallas. She wanted to be a coach because she is passionate about the importance of an active lifestyle while also having a strong community full of encouragement and support. Mandy received her CF Level 1 in 2019. Mandy is married to Chris and they have 2 daughters, Savannah and Olivia. Outside of CrossFit, Mandy loves to watch sports and be with her family.

Mitch is currently pursuing a master's degree at the University of North Texas in Kinesiology. Prior to attending UNT, Mitch received his bachelor's degree in psychology and business from Roanoke College in Salem, Virgina. While in college, Mitch played on the baseball team and completed a marathon his senior year. Mitch found CrossFit in 2021 as a tool to help his training for running and found a love for the variety of challenges and the sense of community CrossFit brings as a whole. Mitch's favorite part about coaching is watching people build healthier habits that they utilize for the rest of their lives and model to others in their family. Outside of CrossFit, Mitch loves to watch baseball and go fishing. Mitch also requested for his headshot to be replaced with a picture of his lab/Doberman mix, Coco, but his request was denied.
Mo is Married to Ryan, and a stay-at-home mom to five amazing kids. She grew up playing all the competitive sports. During high school she decided to focus on cross country and went on to run in college as well. She found CrossFit while living in Cedar Park in 2010 and fell in love. Mo thrives competing and showing others that there is a competitor inside all of us. She decided to become a coach so that she can use her competitive spirit alongside CrossFit's methodology to apply within her home gym. Aside from CrossFit, Mo enjoys hanging with her husband, cheering for her kids at their functions, cooking and being with friends.
Mason has a background in Strength & Conditioning, CrossFit and Nutrition. He studied Kinesiology at the University of North Texas and is a Nutritionist; certified by Precision Nutrition. He has 5 years of CrossFit coaching experience with athletes of many populations, including adaptive athletes and youth athletes. Mason continues to pursue competitive sport in the world of CrossFit. He’s competed in The Fittest Experience in Austin, TX and The Monster Games in Joplin, MO. Mason has a passion for pursuing personal excellence and sharing his knowledge of fitness, nutrition, and health with an aim to improve the lives around him.
Born in the summer of 2019, we opened our doors to empower each and every person who we connect with, to achieve great things.
